If you remember a few months ago I was helping mom in the garden and wrote a post about it here. Well we are not done but I thought I would give you a progress report. The grass that we planted is starting to come in and all the pavers have been laid down.

grass and pavers are done

As you can see I have a leash on in the fenced back yard! This is becuase I am not allowed to run around since I am resting my leg so that it will get better and hopefully won’t have to have surgery like my BPBFF Dozer.

We had new steps built!
These are new steps, the old ones had rotted and were dangerous because people and kong balls would fall through them never to be found, until the new ones were built. They had held 4 of my kong balls hostage!

Patio for BBQ's, mmm BBQ's
Mom planted hebs in pots including something called dill, but she hopes that she doesn’t grow big worms on hers like Dozer’s mom did! EWWW worms!

Cosmo's
She also planted some pink flowers just for me!

Sun bathing
Well here I am waiting for the other half of the yard to be finished.
The garden is shaping up very nicely — it looks like a great place to relax!
The back yard is looking great, I am sure you put a lot of hard work into it. =)
Great yard! And I’m REALLY glad that you got Kong-eating-steps replaced – because there is Nothing Worse than inanimate objects that steal toys!

Daisy tell your mamma that your yard is beautiful!! I’m jealous bc when you get to run around again I bet it will tons of fun!! Those pink flowers are pretty like you too!

Good job, Daisy. Looks like you put in the appropriate amount of effort into assisting with the garden. That is exactly how much effort I put into helping with gardening – I especially exert myself in the sun-spot by the squash, although the partially shaded snooze-spot by the lettuce is also enjoyable.
Keep up the good work, sunbathing is an art and one of the hardest aspects of gardening.

Your yard is looking lovely! When your leg is all healed it will be a great place for you to play!
Daisy, you are such a great garden supervisor! And those evil stairs deserve some sort of punishment for holding your Kong balls hostage!
Hi, Daisy…
Great yard…Really nice spot for sunbathing…
I’m glad you found your kongs…

The garden looks great as does Daisy!
Your new backyard looks very pretty!
It looks finished to me. Nothing like a nice bake in the dirt. That is just the spot for you to rest yourself.
