My new friend Purple Hatter, who is not the mad hatter like in Alice and Wonderland, but the one and only Purple Hatter, made me some very special awards that I can give out to my friends. Well he didn’t provide any rules to these awards so I thought I would make some special rules and then send them to some friends so that everyone can see what a great artist that Purple Hatter is! Also if you would like a custom award he is more than happy to make one for you!!
The first award is the “Best Ever Animal Lovers Award”. As you can see in this award I am thinking about my brother Sprocket, who was rescued by my mom when someone dumped him in the canyon for the coyotes to eat! Luckily mom found him first, although he was a tough guy I don’t know if those coyotes would have been able to get him!
So the rules for this award are:
- Put the award on your blog and link to who gave it to you.
- Give a nod to Purple Hatter who made the award
- Give the award to at least 5 of your blogging buddies who have been rescued, support rescue or have helped with a rescue dog or kitty cat!
So I think all of my blogging buddies have either been rescued or help and support rescue, so they all deserve it and can take the award to pass out. But I will name a few here:
- Jennifer who is Dozers (my BPBFF) mom, who not only rescues and fosters but also provide valuable information about BSL and Pit Bulls!
- Dennis the Viszla Dog is was rescued! And his sister Trixie who was a foster.
- Princess the Pit Bull!
- River, who puts up with lots of fosters, who is a rescue and his mom does lots of transports to help babies find their furever homes!
- The Brat Pack over at Five Happy Hounds who are all rescues to!
The Next award is the Awsome Pawsome Award! The rules for this award are:
- Put the award on your blog and link to who gave it to you.
- Give a nod to Purple Hatter who made the award
- Give the award to at least 5 of your blogging buddies who Blog at least once a week!
So I will randomly pick some of my blogging buddies, and hope that the prospect of eventually recieving this prestigious award will encourage those doggies to blog more often!

how do i get an award. i’m new to blogging, but i am really luvn’ it. can you teach me how to get an award on my blog? pleez? i’m rescued, and a rare one cause i’m a hairless dog who most pay lots of money to have, but my first family didn’t protect me from my larger siblings who stole all my food, so i was very skinny and had no protection from the sun in the hot yard where they kept me without clothes or sunscreen. so…my mom gave me a really good home, and i want to have an award to because i’ve been through alot. will you teach me, huh? huh?
