Me and Farley sitting in a tree
Me and my brothers have a very important announcement! if you haven’t already heard, our good friend Mayzie is doing a fundraiser for pets that have been affected by the big hurricane Sandy. Now mom knows all about this because one of her besties flew from California to New York to work in a temporary shelter that was set up to take care of doggies, kittehs, bunnies, lizards, birdies and all the pets that had to evacuate!! She has been there for 2 weeks! Mom has been getting first hand reports of all the need there, so please go see Mayzie at her Wag and Swag fundraiser and help all our friends on the East Coast! Oh and you could win some cool prizes too!!
A long time ago before I was born mom used to have pet rats, can you believe it! We also want to wish our good friend Tucker, Dennis the Viszla’s brother a VERY HAPPY 14th BIRTHDAY! We have been cyber friends with them since we started blogging a long time ago.
Trick or Treat!
Hello furends! I know I have been away for a while, but I couldn’t forget to remind everyone about Pit Bull Awareness Day! Today is a day of appreciation and education designed to change perceptions and stereotypes about pit bulls and their responsible owners.
We want to make everyone aware of how Pit Bulls can live with other dogs and cats too!
We love the dog parky and traveling there with my dog walker and my other furry friends!
You can kind of see my new Sirius Republic collar!! Its very pretty!
In honor of my special day mom and I did some yoga, went on an extra long walkies and she brought me a new Kong! What did you do for Pit Bull Awareness day??
This morning when I checked on my Facebook page I was in complete shock when I read of Mango’s passing. Fighting the flood of tears, I immediately looked around to figure what had happened, and found Mango Momma’s post and several tributes had already been put up.
Mango will be missed in the blog world, he is leaving a relentlessly huge hole in our hearts and in the blog world. We started blogging about the same time, and he was one of our first friends. Mango taught us lessons, how to dance, made us laugh and blush with his lipstick!, made us say “GROSS!” and made us now, cry. He was Mango, and brought so many of us together with his Mango Minister every year. I can’t look at a mango anymore and not think of Mango. He is etched in our memory and in our hearts.
We are sending our most heartfelt love and condolences to Mango Momma, The Master and Pea.
We also want to reach our paws and arms from the west coast to the east coast and send love and hugs to Mango Momma especially. She was the perfect Dog Mom, and she is is missing him the most.
When I realize what my tears are about, why I am crying for Mango, I realize I am crying for Nancy. Who is really missing that Relentlessly Huge bottom and slobbers.
We love you Mango Momma.
