Baby it’s cold outside!

The other night it was quite cold and I had mom tuck me into my nice warm bed with my favorite pink blankie that has only partially exploded.   I stayed here about an hour then I decided mom looked very cold up in the big bed so I thought I would cuddle with her to get her warm, you know Roscoe is just no big enough to keep mom warm!  So I needed to help.

Something Special

As you know I have a very good friend named Dozer.  He looks like me except his nose does not have freckles like mine, hats how mom can tell us apart, oh and uh he is a boy.  Well I asked Dozer to be my Valentine and he said yes!  That was nice since no body else asked me to be their valentine.  Not even mom or Roscoe!  So Dozer gave me an award, that is pink and is very nice. 

So thank you very much Dozer I will pass this on to some of my pink friends, or friends who like pink, or good friends, or girls friends.  But the really special part is that Dozer also gave me this! 

If you don’t know what this is, well its a personalized valentine!  Isn’t it lovely, and look how Dozer made me look cute and coy and shy and like well, yes I will be your Valentine, but I am blushing and shy about it! And he called me a deer like Bambi! Well look at Dozer, he looks very happy about being my Valentine.  So my Valentine’s day turned out pretty well.  Thank you Dozer, I hope Star didn’t get jealous.

Rainy Walk

Hey its raining out here!

This morning our dog walker took us on a nice walk, it was drizzling a little bit but we didn’t mind since we get to sniff the smells, and leave messages for other neighborhood dogs at the telephone poles and such. 

It was just your average walk, we didn’t see any deer this time and the dreaded “Chows” were not out for their walk. They usually go a little earlier.  However when we returned home she wanted to put us outside! What, its cold out there! I don’t want to go outside!

Tagged! Your it!

I got tagged by a bunch of you guys so I better catch up on all this stuff. Well my pal Dozer tagged me for 2 things!  The first is a meem And the meem part says I must tell ten honest things about me.  There is also a picture here it is:

The second part is I have to tel you 10 truthful things about me, now I would never tell you any non-thruthful things and pretty much everything I tell you on this blog is truthful  Even the story about the poker games with the squirrels.  So lets get started.

1. I dont like to chase squirrels, I like to watch them eat acorns through the window and play poker with them. (shhhh don’t tell Rusty)
2. I just found out that there are 2, yes 2, new flavors of milk bones.  Sausage and turkey. 
3. I have been sleeping in the bed bed with mom lately, she is letting me becuase it cold. Well thats what she says, but we all know its becuase she loves me.
4. I am not sure if I like the new gardener yet, will let you know.
5. I like to go on walkies but I don’t like to go to resturants and hang out, mom does, I get nervous, she doesn’t.
6. I ripped up my pink bed, mom caught me, so I couldn’t say it exploded.
7. Roscoe really is not a movie star, he jus t hinks he is, and I humor him.
8. I have lots of kong balls, maybe too many for one dog.  It makes me feel guilty cuz I am sure there are some dogs who don’t have any kong balls!
9. I am worried my cute dudley nose will fill in like Dozers did, and then I won’t be as kissable any more. Does that make me vain?
10. I really did chew up moms perscriptions sunglasses when I was a puppy. But I thought there were the kind with the nose and a moustache like Dennis wears and needed to be destroyed so I couldn’t not recognize mom.

Whew, glad thats over, not that I don’t like to be truthful. Its just hard to think and now I have to think about what I was doing a year ago.  Dozer tagged me for that too! Well I looked on my blog a year ago, and for some reason I did not have any entries for Febuary 2008.  This must mean that I was busy making Valentines for mom.  I am sure of it.

And then last but not least my good friends Cosmo and Clover over at Two Barking Dogs tagged me to do a 5×5 photo meem.

Here are the rules:

Meditating with my kong

So you can see in this picture that was the 5th of the 5th I am meditating with one of my many kong balls.  There is also an orange there in the picture, I think it must have fell off the orange tree. Good thing it did not fall on my head and disrupt my meditation!

So now I am supposed to be tagging other bloggers.
